Microplane Garlic Slicer/Mincer Set (Red) tulip much like in an oldDesigned to make prepping garlic easy, the Garlic Set comes with 2 blades one for mincing and grating garlic and the other for slicing. Featuring an original, made in the USA Microplane blade, the Garlic Set eliminates the need for knife skills to evenly cut small peeled cloves. Hands remain odor free when preparing an array of dishes featuring garlic. Extremely easy and fun to use. Simply remove the lid and place peeled cloves inside the hopper.
