Charteris Chardonnay Hunter Valley 2023 vin-santo-del-chianti Savoury and fineRipe grapefruit, quince and brown lime sit against subtle funky complexity showing as nougat and brioche. The oak influence is indistinguishable from the yeast derived complexity. Abundant texture is tempered by limey acidity giving way to a generous finish with layers of nutty citrus complexity. A seemingly endless line of flavour persistence.
